The ad lists "Comp Cam" but I don't think they make mercedes cams. I wonder if it's a chevy/ford transplant. It does list a Brabus supercharger so I'm confused. Maybe a custom cam profile?

How anyone could list a car like this, with those claims, and only post one photo; is beyond me...
