Very beautiful blue R129 with the M119 6.0 AMG motor. Price is $10k which I think is a steal considering you get a low milage R129, 3pc staggered wheels, a M119 6.0 AMG motor to boot. In another 2 years that car should technically bypass the federalization process and be easier to register in the US, no?

Nice example. This is the same guy who imported the purple wide body that was eventually wrecked.

Wasn't that widebody black? The one that supposedly rolled down out of the garage? What a shame48hp wrote:Nice example. This is the same guy who imported the purple wide body that was eventually wrecked.

It had been purple, and then repainted black. 5.6 ECE motor w/ 500 top end (intake, etc). RIP...Dr.Grillz wrote:Wasn't that widebody black? The one that supposedly rolled down out of the garage? What a shame

What a surreal event that was - the wrecked WB. What a shame. Something was very odd about that whole deal.

Indeed. But seller seemed legit tho. I was in touch with him and had the opportunity to buy the whole wreck (and in hindsight probably should have). I believe a couple of folks here picked at the carcass...AMG5PT4 wrote:What a surreal event that was - the wrecked WB. What a shame. Something was very odd about that whole deal.
