Mercedes AMG Classic

I am on the nationwide hunt for my old 1986 560SEC black/black with wald body kit and borbet type A wheels. Would love to buy it back. Pictures are posted on other threads on this site if anyone sees it shout at me.

did the Wald body kit. Looks great on SEC. But it does need deeper dish wheels. But those are not Wald side skirts. Wald side skirts are much larger. I would but giving the AMG the love right now. But thanks for thinking about me David.

Sorry I have been out of the loop but the commute to the Pentagon this last week has been hell.

I went and looked at it. I'm kind of in negotiation with the seller but the car definately needs a lot of work. Headliner needs to be renewed, engine is a little shaky at idle, and there is a bit of rust in&around the trunk as well as surface rust on the body. Paint is NOT original/199 repaint. And the car needs a new paint job, immediately! Lol
Front seats were worn too. Engine was stock 560. Dash is cracked in a few places and the car would need wood restoration too.

Great deal on the body kit!

That's going to be a great deal for someone wanting to get into a 126 coupe for a small starting price. This is an amazing deal for the money. Put on Lorinser / Carlsson / AMG rims, and a real nice paint job, and you have yourself a winner.

Thats a Wald kit.... and the kit itself costs the car's asking price. Put on a set of Euro lights and larger Lorinser wheels and the car would look stunning!

Looks to be a nice daily driver at the price. Maybe an aftermarket kit but looks to be very well done. $2,000 would get you a lot of car.
