It's a Euro version of Vanilla Ice, man...

wonderful 80's tuner work. not sure I'd buy it but very cool to see it.

I agree with Bondavi. The Koenig Specials version is much better looking. In fact, if I found one at a good price, I would probably buy one. The ABC is way overstated even for that style of build... but... if I found one at a steal, I would get one just for the car shows as a point of historical significance. Besides in the South Florida car show scene, this would be rather tame... lol.

The one I remember was white.

<Puts on body armor to prepare for the flame> I...actually...kinda...um, like it.

Had I paid a tuner and thats how the car ended up looking, I would have asked for a new car back.

^ +1. Rear fenders look like the Sbarro W116 coupe. Koenig much more tasteful, on this *certain* widebody implementation. Not all Koenigs look good, but this, on a W124C, not bad.

I've seen a few of these type of conversions pop up, in fact there was this 300E or CE that had this kit locally, and the owner was having a real hard time selling it.

ditto... I think it was posted on CL as well and discussed on the forums. The Supersprint headers are neat, but easily crack and need to be rewelded. More prone to cracks on the m103 than the M102.
