At first glance it's a Gen I 500SEL with an early 4V engine.

Been in contact with the buyer, seems like the car has been offered before on ebay with an asking price of €40k.
To me the car seems to be a it of a mash up with serie 1 window switches, Lorinser LO rims.
Looks that there is still some work to be done to get the car into good shape.
