How often do you come across AMG M117 and M117/9 engines a la carte in your endeavours?

Just curious - I know you sold a set of 32V heads years back for $7,500. But have you seen any complete engines and/or 32V parts come up lately?

Not interested as I already have, but I know quite a few are looking.

Correct about the oil gaskets better gasket package for sure , as for preheating you also right about that it usually set in front under the ashtray, I don't know why they have it in the back seat it either been add later or location modified by AMG .
it works fine though.

Only one WB DOHC in Australia that I know of, m117 6.0, i'm guessing the 117/9 didn't have the oil sealing problem?
My knowledge and googling has only found the Webasto cold climate pre heater, would seem unusual to have the controls in the back seat, is that what we're talking about?

That would be the pre- heating control

What's the control panel in the back seat console?

Last year car I sold was 1988. it's different car, this one is 1990 .
