Links to other pages within posts

Hi Henric,
The site is fantastic as it is, but i feel a small alteration may make browsing it easier.
It would be nice if links within posts (ebay, craiglist etc) open in a new browser tab by default rather than in the same tab. I feel that makes browsing a little easier as one can continue reading a thread/post, or return to the index to see other threads while retaining the opened link for reference simultaneously.
